Bangkok, a city where you can have an iPhone 3GS but not the 3G network, a free government wifi with the speed of a dial-up, numerous IT malls that offer the same choices of sub-standard smuggled goods, social network communities that are more keen on broadcasting their bowel movements and urges for Motor Show girls than using the tools to their fullest potential and a computer-illiterate as the head of Ministry of ICT who thinks internet is a waste of time.

It may appear to be a high-tech city, but with mis-education and mis-information, there should be no doubt as to why this country is still not as far in development as it should be.
