If only could these things get to more parts of Bangkok, the city would be a much happier place to live in.
Bangkok, a city where:
- Everyone walks around with an iPhone, an iPad, a Kindle, an Android, a BlackBerry but you can't get a working 3G network.
- "Free" wifi offered by both government and ISPs that do not connect.
- Numerous "world-class" IT malls offer the same choices of sub-standard smuggled goods and knock-offs.
- Social networks are used to broadcast bowel movements and organize virtual modern-day lynching.
- A computer-illiterate heads the Ministry of ICT and thinks internet censorship is something to brag about.
It may appear to be a high-tech city, but with mis-education and mis-information, there should be no doubt as to why this country is still not as far in development as it should be.
